Can I return it if there’s nothing wrong with it?
Absolutely! We offer a 30 day returns guarantee on most items. (We’re nice like that.)
So if you need to send it back, just send it back. Then we’ll either refund the cash onto the original payment method (>USD200) or refund to your account (<=USD200), or offer you an exchange.
You just need these 2 things.
- login in your account, apply for return.
- the item should be unused, in its original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.
- pack the goods and send it back to designated collection center.
PS There are a few things we can’t do returns for, such as food and some jewellery (see FAQ below) unless of course they’re faulty. Naturally, none of this affects your consumer rights.
How long the refund will be?
After we receive your return, the refund will be in your account in 3-5 working days.
