The Prep works by progressive split deli ProKeeper BPA-free and conveniently holds 2 different types of meats or cheeses. The silicone seal keeps meats cheeses and sliced bacon fresh for longer periods of time. It is designed with custom grooves in the bottom to catch any excess juices. The hinged lid easily flips back for a better dishwasher fit. Also available in this collection are a Mini deli ProKeeper, micro deli ProKeeper and standard deli ProKeeper.
